What
are blackheads and white heads? If you don’t know how they look, you need to
stand in the light with a mirror and review your face, specially your nose area
with intense attention. You will notice that there are tiny bits of black spots
that have small hair tucked inside. Or there are some black marks that can be
touched and felt by hand. These are called black heads. The white heads, on the other hand, are not
much visible, they can be seen by a microscopic glass. Blackheads can appear on nose, on cheeks and
even on your chin area if you don’t cleanse your face daily.
Here
are some ways to get rid of black heads and white heads, you cannot remove them
forever because they will come back every now and then, you just need to take
them out of your skin to keep it clean for passage of oxygen.
I
would like to mention that both black and white heads are formed into the skin
when excess oil is produced by skin and clogs the pores when dust comes in
touch with the skin or it occurs when you don’t cleanse your skin and dead skin
keeps accumulating over the skin. The pores are clogged, particles embed inside
them, thereby transforming your skin from supple to rough and dry.
There
are many causes of comedowns, few to name are stress, hormonal changes, un cleaned
skin, oily skin, intake of coffee and tea.
Don’t let skin debris and keratin to clog the pore.
You can remove blackheads and white heads naturally through
natural ways and here are some.
Cinnamon paste
Grind some cinnamon into a blender well and add some water.
Apply it on your face for few minutes to remove blackheads and whiteheads
naturally.
Raw Egg
Beat one egg with a whisker and apply this mask on your face
for thirty minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water.
Lemon Juice
Mix half table spoon of turmeric powder into few drops of
lemon and apply the mask on the face. Your blackheads would come out easily.
Baking Soda
Mix some baking soda with water and apply the paste on skin,
apply thick coat and let it sit on face for two to three minutes. Take it off
with water and clean your skin.
Tomatoes
Cut one tomato in two halves. Save one in the fridge and
take the other one in hand, rub it onto your face and nose. Try squeezing the tomato a bit on the face to
apply its juice directly on the skin.
Oatmeal and Yogurt
Take three tablespoons of yogurt and mix it well with two
table spoons of oatmeal. Smear the mask on the face in thick layer and take it
off when it dries.
