Stand and Bend your Waist
This is the easiest exercise you can do to burn fats around
stomach. Just stand on the floor, raise your right hand in the hair, move your
neck a bit on the left side and then bend your wait by moving the hand to the
left side. You have to stand in this
position for two minutes, and then shift your position by bending hand and waist
to the right side.
